Of Creepers and Kimonos, part two.

This stylish lady here is Kelly Framel of The Glamourai.

Now, she knows how to work a kimono, she’s been showing us how on her blog for a couple of years now, and perhaps more interestingly, she also makes a pretty amazing one or two as well.

The kimono, like creepers, is another example of an item of clothing being given a fresh meaning, and the Glamourai illustrates this perfectly with her reworked and refreshed kimono designs.

Obviously the kimono is steeped in history and tradition  in a way that creepers will never be, but it’s great to see a wearable, wonderfully designed adaptation of this beautiful garment.
